Return and Refund Policy

 

Every Destiny Lamp is poured, painted and finished by hand, and checked by hand before it ships. If your lamp isn't everything you hoped for, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

30-day returns: You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. The lamp must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at destinylamps@outlook.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.

 

Damaged or defective items: Please check your lamp when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, or the LED doesn't work, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

 

Preorder cancellations: Every lamp is a PREORDER, made by hand after you order. You can cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order, before production starts. After that, your lamp is already being made and the 30-day return policy above applies once it's delivered.

 

Exchanges: We don't swap lamps directly. Return the lamp you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the design you want.

 

Non-returnable items: Shipping Protection, Order Processing Priority, Express Shipping and Support the Maker contributions are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
