Shipping Policy

 

Handmade preorder: Every Destiny Lamp is a PREORDER. Your lamp is poured, painted and finished by hand after you order, then shipped to you. From the day you order, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your lamp to arrive. Order early if it's a Christmas gift.

 

Where we ship: We ship worldwide with tracking.

 

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is free on every lamp order. Priority Shipping is available at checkout for $4.99, and Express Shipping can be added on the product page.

 

Tracking: As soon as your lamp ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 5 days to start updating.

 

Customs and duties: International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at destinylamps@outlook.com with your order number, and we'll make it right.

 

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 48 hours of ordering and we'll update it before your lamp ships.
